ITUS Receives Notice of NASDAQ Continued Listing Compliance

SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/03/17 -- ITUS Corporation (NASDAQ: ITUS) today announced that it has received formal notice from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC that the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of The Nasdaq Stock Market as required for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. On August 18, 2017, the company was notified by NASDAQ that it no longer met the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing, and the August 18 matter is now closed.
